Campaign Manager, Telecommunications Division
Yoseli serves as a Campaign Manager within the Telecommunications Division, where she leads team development, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives with a strong focus on growth and performance. Originally from Cicero, Illinois, Yoseli is a first-generation immigrant who brings drive, resilience, and a deep sense of purpose into her work each day. From the moment she joined the team, Yoseli adopted her personal motto—“Yoseli Making It Happen”—a mindset that reflects her commitment to proving her value, delivering results, and continuously pushing herself to grow both personally and professionally. She is passionate about leadership and the impact it can have on others. Yoseli takes pride in helping individuals develop their confidence, skills, and mindset, drawing from the same leadership principles that have shaped her own journey. Her favorite book, The Maxwell Daily Reader by John C. Maxwell, has played a key role in influencing her approach to personal growth and leadership. Outside of work, Yoseli enjoys spending time with her three dogs—Mia, Eli, and Minnie—who she considers a central part of her life. Known for her energy, determination, and people-first leadership style, Yoseli is dedicated to driving results while empowering those around her to succeed.

Ella Derro
Head of Talent Acquisition
Ella leads Talent Acquisition with a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities to drive long-term success. She partners closely with leadership teams to identify, attract, and hire high-impact talent, ensuring each hire aligns not only with business needs but also with company culture and growth goals. With a strategic and people-first approach, Ella is committed to building hiring processes that are efficient, transparent, and engaging from start to finish. She believes that a strong candidate experience is just as important as the outcome, and she takes pride in creating a seamless journey for every individual she connects with. Known for her keen eye for both skill and culture fit, Ella focuses on building meaningful, lasting relationships that benefit both the organization and the individuals behind it. Her goal is simple: to help companies scale with confidence while ensuring every candidate feels seen, valued, and set up for success.

Nathan Carrillo
Assistant Campaign Manager,
Home Services Division
Nathan Carrillo serves as an Assistant Campaign Manager within the Home Services Division, where he supports team development, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives. Originally from South Elgin, Illinois, Nathan brings a unique and diverse background that reflects both discipline and adaptability. Before transitioning into marketing and sales, Nathan built his career as a diesel mechanic, quickly advancing to a Level 2 technician at Love’s Travel Stops. With no prior sales experience, he has demonstrated a strong ability to learn quickly, adapt to new environments, and excel in a performance-driven role. Nathan’s competitive nature is rooted in both athletics and gaming. He competed in football, wrestling, and lacrosse throughout high school, and later spent three years in a professional gaming league based in Los Angeles—earning a top 20 global ranking. These experiences shaped his focus, resilience, and drive to perform at a high level. With a multicultural background—his mother from Norway and his father from Nayarit—Nathan brings a broad perspective and strong work ethic into everything he does. Today, he is focused on growing within the business while helping others develop, succeed, and create new opportunities.

Lucas Meier
Campaign Manager, Telecommunications Division
Lucas Meier serves as a Campaign Manager within the Telecommunications Division, where he oversees campaign execution, team performance, and client initiatives. He graduated from Aurora University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, bringing a strong foundation in strategy, branding, and customer engagement to his role. During his time at Aurora University, Lucas was a member of the men’s volleyball team and played a key role in elevating the program to a top 10 national ranking. This experience helped shape his competitive mindset, discipline, and ability to thrive in a team-driven environment. As the oldest of four siblings, Lucas developed leadership, accountability, and mentorship skills early on—qualities that carry into his day-to-day approach in managing campaigns and supporting team success. Outside of work, he enjoys competing in a local pool (billiards) league and spending time on road trips, always seeking new experiences and challenges. Lucas is known for his driven, team-oriented approach and his ability to execute campaigns that deliver results while building strong, cohesive teams.

Kennedi Jackson
Administrative Coordinator
Kennedi Jackson serves as an Administrative Coordinator, supporting both administrative operations and HR functions with a detail-oriented and people-first approach. Originally from Alabama, Kennedi brings a strong academic background, holding her MBA, along with a natural ability to connect with others and create a welcoming, organized environment. As an only child, Kennedi developed independence and a strong sense of responsibility early on—qualities that now translate into her reliability and initiative within the workplace. Her global perspective is highlighted by her experience walking the Great Wall of China, reflecting her curiosity, drive, and appreciation for new experiences. Known for her fun, bubbly personality, Kennedi thrives in roles that allow her to interact with people daily. She is passionate about building relationships, supporting team success, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization.

Jerry Moreno
Assistant Campaign Manager, Renewable Division
Jerry serves as an Assistant Campaign Manager within the Renewable Division, where he supports campaign execution, team development, and customer engagement initiatives. Born and raised in Chicago, Jerry brings a strong work ethic, resilience, and a grounded, team-first mentality into his role every day. Before transitioning into marketing and sales, Jerry built his professional foundation in the warehouse industry, developing discipline, operational efficiency, and a results-driven mindset. His background as a multi-sport athlete—competing in football, track, and wrestling—further shaped his competitive nature, consistency, and ability to perform under pressure. As a father of two, Jerry is deeply motivated by creating opportunities not just for himself, but for others. He is passionate about helping those around him grow, succeed, and reach their full potential—both personally and professionally. Known for his reliability and leadership through action, Jerry plays a key role in driving team success while contributing to impactful renewable energy campaigns.

Hunter Oftedahl
Assistant Campaign Manager, Renewable Division
Hunter Oftedahl serves as an Assistant Campaign Manager within the Renewable Resource Division, where he plays a key role in driving team performance, campaign execution, and overall market growth. With a strong background in both AT&T and energy campaigns, Hunter brings a well-rounded understanding of customer acquisition, leadership, and results-driven strategy. Originally attending college in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Hunter developed a strong foundation in adaptability and work ethic—qualities that continue to define his approach in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. He thrives in dynamic settings and is known for his ability to adjust quickly while maintaining a focus on results. Hunter is deeply committed to helping facilitate growth and opportunity for his team. With a strong leadership presence, he prioritizes coaching, mentoring, and developing individuals to reach their full potential. His focus on accountability, energy, and culture-building makes him a valuable leader within the organization.
